Discussions Module

WorkWithPlus for Web provides the possibility to include a Discussions module, just by running the Design System Wizard and selecting the option to include it.

As you can visualize, in each View object that contains the Standard Action 'Discussions', a DropDownComponent will be added, where end-users will be able to insert comments (discuss) over some record. End-users will be able to create new threads, answer in one thread, and also mention another user of the application.

If you combine it with the 'Notifications and Subscriptions' Module, you will also get notifications when somebody writes a comment over a discussion you are subscribed to, or when you are mentioned in a message. Also, the Discussions will be updated automatically if you have it opened at the moment of receiving new messages.
