Once you make changes to security functionalities (actions, tabs or links), you have to do the following steps in order to impact that changes in security configuration:

Step 1 - Update Security Objects Code

Only if you are using WorkWithPlus 9.1 or lower , you will have to follow step 2

Step 2 - Update Security objects registries into GAM DB (Only for WorkWithPlus 9.1 or lower)
