Step 1 - Update Security Objects Code

After you assign the functionality name to the tabs, actions and links, WorkWithPlus needs to create the structure associated to these assignations in the DataProvider SecGAMGetAdvancedSecurityWWPFunctionalities . In order to do this, you should do the Impact metadata process.

Comment: in versions prior to WorkWithPlus 14 Upgrade #3, you should create the permissions by going to WWPConfiguration, and select the option "Update Security Objects Code":

Only the actions, links and tabs that have a value different from '<default>' in the 'Security Functionality Key' will appear in the DataProvider. So, after doing these, the object SecGetGAMAdvancedSecurityWWPFunctionalities is updated (we changed to Person transaction and modify the Security Functionality Key to StandardAction Export:

Also, when you run this process, WorkWithPlus automatically updates the database associated to GAM permissions, adding these new permissions and assigning them to administrator role which is defined in WorkWithPlus Settings -> Security -> GAM -> Property Administrator Role.

Only if you are using WorkWithPlus 9.1 or lower , you will have to follow step 2. Otherwise, step 1 is enough to update the security.
