You can insert as many web panel templates as you want. In order to create a new Web Panel template you have to click in 'Web Panel Templates' , and then click in the Add button -> 'Add Web Panel Template':

The following appear when you select WebPanel Template. You can add a template based in a existing web panel or an empty web panel.
